Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept Return and Exchange, but not Return and Refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Allowed reason/s for return include defective items and/or wrong item/color/size sent. It would be best to include video and photo proof of claim. Change of mind regarding item style, color, etc. are not acceptable reasons for return and will be disapproved.
If the return request is approved, all shipping/delivery fees will be settled by The Square Peg.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Special Return Policy for Kitchen Blockers
Kitchen Blockers returns follow the same period eligibility of 7 days after receipt of item. Returns for Kitchen Blockers are only allowed for change of size (Classic to Slim Fit and vice versa) and NOT for change in color. Special circumstances may allow for returns beyond 7 days but will be subject to approval from Kitchen Blockers Canada. Message us at hello@thesquarepegph.com for inquiries regarding this.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
